Product Description
PMCC-1D Automatic Flash Point Tester is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T 261 Determination of Flash Point - Pensky-Martens closed cup method and requirements of ASTM D93,ISO2719. It is applicable to the determination of the flash point of combustible liquids with flash point higher than 40 ℃, liquids with suspended particles, liquids whose surface tends to form film under test conditions and other liquids according to the method specified in this standard.
The instrument is highly automated and easy to operate. The test results are highly accurate, It is the ideal replacement of similar imported instruments. It can be widely used in petroleum industry and railway, aviation, electric power, related universities,research institutes and other departments.
Main technical features
1) 8 inch IPS HD capacitive screen.
2) 32-bit ARM processor, high precision AD chip, the test data and parameters can be recorded in real-time and displayed by curve.
3) Equipped with Bluetooth interface, unlimited data cloud storage for the user to query the data at anytime.
4) Automatically remote upgrade is available to obtain the latest version, can remote predict,early warn the abnormal accident trend, comprehensive evaluate and maintain the instrument operation status.
5) It can automatically measure the atmospheric pressure, automatically correct the flash point value.
6) Temperature rising, uncapping, ignition, detection and data printing are all completed automatically, and the test arm rises and falls automatically.
7) Electronic ignition, gas flaming, automatically air cooling at the end of the test.
