General Introduction
This Automatic Oxidation Stability Tester is professionally designed to determine the oxidation stability of lubricating oils, turbine oils and insulating oils in strict accordance with ASTM D2272 and ASTM D2112 standards. Adopting the rotating pressure vessel method (RPVOT / RBOT), it features fully automatic operation, high precision and reliable test data. Equipped with intelligent control system, it is widely used in petroleum refineries, oil inspection laboratories and quality control departments to evaluate oil oxidation resistance and service life.
Features
  1. Adopts advanced foreign technology and is controlled by a microcomputer. It automatically performs detection and calculation, requiring no manual supervision during the whole test process with a high degree of automation.
  2. Supports real-time communication with a host computer, featuring simple and reliable connection.
  3. Allows calibration of temperature and pressure at any time to ensure their accuracy.
  4. Automatically records test data and results during the testing process.
  5. Enables querying and comparison of historical records, and printing of pressure change curves.
  6. Automatically identifies the pressure inflection point and terminates the test automatically.
  7. Equipped with an imported rotating unit, providing stable rotating speed and low noise.
  8. Allows simultaneous testing of two groups of oil samples.
