General Introduction

This LPG density tester is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM D1657, ISO 3993 and SH/T 0221 standards. It adopts the pressure hydrometer method to determine the density and relative density of liquefied petroleum gas and light hydrocarbon samples under pressurized conditions.
 The instrument is equipped with a constant temperature bath, pressure measuring cylinder and precision hydrometer, featuring stable temperature control, safe pressure resistance and simple operation. It is widely applicable for refineries, petrochemical laboratories, quality inspection institutions and research institutes for routine physical property testing of LPG.

  1. Big power magnetic circulation system can guarantee the evenness of temperature very well.
  2. The LPG Density or Relative Density Tester is refrigerated by imported completely closed air compressor.
  3.  Organic glass cylinder is easy to observe.
  4. Independent temperature controlling system.
  5. There is automatic cooling system for air compressor inside.
  6. Integrated structure is small and beautiful.
  7. LPG Density or Relative Density Tester is made by cold-rolled sheet,surface treated by Electrostatic spraying.It's corrosion resisting and easy to clean.
  8. The air compressor has self-protection function.
  9. Alarming system for over temperature.
  10. Micro-computer controller,PID function,digitally display temperature(continuously display during test),accuracy 0.1ºC,Pt100
    temperature sensor.
  11. Contact control box is convenient.
