Single wire and cable tilting flame tester is generally applicable to road vehicles 60V and 600V single core wire tilt anti-retardant standard,horizontal flame-resistant time standard and international automotive cable standards of low-voltage cables for automobiles unshielded horizontal flame test methods. lt is used for performance assessment of cable under fire conditions.
Test method: Fix the two terminals of the sample, and put it into a metal over with three metal plate surfaces.Light on the blowtorch. Keep the blue inner cone point under sample 50mm away, and connect with the sample. The sample should be 45° tited to the horizontal plane.
1.Control mode: touch screen control, set the test combustion time in the screen. and control the burning time and display the temperature value when the flame temperature is calibrated.
2.Metal covering size:300mm(W)x600mm( D)x1175mm(H) open the front side.material is SUS304 stainless steel;
3.Combustion chamber volume: ≥1m³
4.Combustion torch: the United States imported torch, combustion port inner diameter of 9mm.

8.When the setting burning time reaches to preset time, the device will automatic stop.

12.Flame detection device: One 0.5K-type imported thermocouple. One outer diameter 9mm electrolytic copper block and quality 10g+0.05g.One temperature and time display device.
