This Engine Coolant Foaming Tendencies Tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D1881 and SH/T0066, used to determine the foaming tendency and foam stability of engine coolant under specified temperature and air blowing conditions.
This Foaming Tendencies Tester uses glassware to determine the foaming tendency of engine coolant under certain temperature and ventilation conditions controlled by the laboratory. It uses a high temperature resistant glass cylinder as a heating bath to ensure a uniform temperature in the working environment. The instrument is equipped with a special airflow control system to reduce the error caused by manual intervention on the results.
1. Split structure, including test host and air source control box;
2. 360° transparent structure, easy to observe;
3. The special clamping device can prevent the measuring cylinder from floating well without pressing blocks;
4. Air filter with molecular sieve;
5. Safety measures to prevent overheating or low liquid level;
6. Sputtering turbine agitator to ensure the uniform temperature of the bathtub;
7. Electronic flowmeter, automatic control flow 1000±5ml/min (optional);
8. Touch screen operation, foam volume segment timing buzzer reminder (optional);
9. Omron PID thermostat, LCD digital display temperature, accuracy ±0.1℃
