1.This KRL Shear Stability Tester adopts double floating bearing technology, non clearance guiding technology and buffer cross balancing technology are adopted to ensure the precision of real-time tracking measurement of test force and friction force;
2.The brand servo motor is used to drive the spindle, and the relevant transmission components also use imported precision bearings;
3.This KRL Shear Stability Tester has independent embedded industrial controller, industrial metal touch screen and independent analysis module are adopted to effectively ensure the impact on the performance of the control part in case of high-speed equipment or severe vibration due to oil film rupture;
4.It can easily capture the wear spots, measure and analyze the friction surface morphology, and directly save the wear spot image;
