I. Noack B method Lubricant Evaporation Loss Test Equipment ASTM D5800

This Noack B method Evaporating Loss Tester is used to determine the amount of evaporation loss of lubricating oil. 
When the instrument is operated, the sample is placed in evaporation loss tester, and heated under certain conditions for 1 hour, and the evaporated oil is carried by the air correctly. The evaporation loss of the sample is determined according to the difference between the mass of the sample before and after heating.

II. Main technical characteristics
  1.  Imported inclined-tube differential pressure gauge to ensure precise pressure control.
  2.  Dry heating design, eliminates toxic hazards caused by heat conduction of traditional Wood's metal.
  3.  Equipped with dedicated vacuum suction system.
  4.  Digital timer for accurate test duration recording.
  5.  Temperature sensor directly measures the oil sample temperature inside the crucible.
  6.  Air cooling function for heater upon test completion, enabling quick successive tests.
  7.  Audible buzzer alarm to signal the end of test.
  8.  High-efficiency carbon fiber heating tubes featuring fast temperature rise, low thermal lag and uniform heat output.
