The Shear Stability of Polymer Containing Fluids Tester is a new high-tech product developed with German technology. It is suitable for the shear stability determination of polymer oil. The main engine consists of a double-piston jet pump and an atomization chamber with a nozzle and a nozzle bracket. It contains polymer At a certain shear rate, the oil passes through the diesel nozzle of the diesel nozzle shear stability tester to promote the depolymerization of the polymer molecules with poor shear stability, which reduces the kinematic viscosity of the sample and is used to report the initial sample. The percent drop in kinematic viscosity at 100°C was used to measure the shear stability of polymer-containing oils.

8. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±1℃, PT100 sensor;
9. Fully enclosed compressor refrigeration, large cooling capacity and low noise;
10. Digital timer records the test time with wind sound;
11. Independent desktop controller, highly integrated function buttons, easy to operate;
12. There is an electronic controller to control the pressure on the pressure pipeline, and the digital display pressure is 17.5Mpa±0.35Mpa.
