The TFOUT instrument adopts a full-automatic control system. The operator can automatically test and print the results as long as the sample is put into the instrument. The whole process does not require manual conduct.
The principle is to put the sample, distilled water and copper catalyst coil into the glass tube together, and then put it into the oxygen bomb. The oxygen bomb is filled with oxygen at room temperature and put into the oil bath at the specified temperature. The oxygen bomb needs to form an angle of 30 degrees with the horizontal plane, and the rotation speed of the oxygen bomb needs to reach 100 R / min. When the specified pressure drop is reached, record the time and stop the test as the oxidation stability of the sample.
II. Main technical characteristics
The TFOUT instrument is controlled by a microcomputer, and four groups of tests can be carried out at the same time. The whole test process and the printing of the measured data are carried out automatically;
Large screen windows interface, hyperbolic image display (including temperature control status, oxygen bomb speed, pressure curve, test data, average value, etc.) the whole test process is clear at a glance;
The TFOUT instrument has the function of automatic pressurization and leakage detection, which greatly saves the workload of operators;
Ordinary copy paper is used for data and curve printing instead of imported recording paper, which greatly reduces the test cost;
The instrument is equipped with standard RS-232C communication interface, which can be networked with the central control computer to facilitate networked quality management;
The TFOUT test kit is equipped with self gauge pressure recorder, automatic and manual comparison tests can be carried out;
The TFOUT instrument control parts adopts imported parts to ensure the reliability of the instrument;
The Thin-Film Oxygen Uptake test instrument has the function of test failure and fault alarm display, which is convenient for fault diagnosis;

The instrument is equipped with four groups of stirring motors, two groups of stirring oil bath temperature, and two groups are used as oxygen bomb rotators to ensure the uniformity of test temperature;
The oxidation stability test kit is equipped with an oil fume treatment system to reduce the risk of injury to the staff;
The filter system is set at the front end of the oil fume treatment to avoid reducing the medium in a short time;
Imported quick connector, convenient for oxygen bomb disassembly, no leakage;
Single chip microcomputer temperature control system, high precision, temperature resolution three decimal places;
The instrument is equipped with automatic protection function. When the temperature exceeds the upper limit temperature, the system will automatically alarm and cut off the source;
5mm millitary standard stainless steel plate for constant temperature bath;
The thermostatic bath and the instrument shell are insulated by 14 kinds of thermal insulation materials to ensure that the experimental personnel will not be scalded;
Four mixing motors are fixed on 10mm insulating plate, in good working condition, with low noise and no vibration;
The thermostatic bath has been changed into an advanced "V" structure, with fast and uniform temperature rise;
the heating bath is equipped with an full protection door, which can easily place accessories and samples;
The pressure transmitter is directly installed on the oxygen bomb to avoid air leakage in the hose connection;
