I. Automatic Drop Melting Point Test Instrument for Petroleum Wax and Grease ASTM D127 ISO6244

The instrument is suitable for detecting the drop melting point of petroleum wax and grease. The instrument adopts computer automatic control, real-time curve display sample temperature, and simple operation.
The test principle is to immerse the cooled temperature sensor vertically into the sample to make the sample adhere to the temperature sensor, then put it into the test tube, heat it according to the required heating rate and start melting the sample until the sample on the sensor drops the first drop. At this time, the temperature of the sensor is the low melting point of the sample.

II. Main features

1. Automatically test the dropping point of samples; no operator monitoring required during testing, and an automatic alert will be triggered upon test completion.
2. Adopts semiconductor refrigeration. Compared with conventional water/oil baths, it features simpler operation, higher reliability and lower noise.
3. Equipped with metal bath heating, safe and environmentally friendly.
4. High-precision sensor captures the dropping process of petroleum wax to obtain test results timely.
5. Built-in circulating ventilator.
6. Supports over-temperature limit setting.
7. Adopts high-precision PT100 temperature sensor with measurement accuracy of ±0.1℃.
8. Touch screen display for clear readings and easy operation.
