Autoignition Point Tester
I. Introduction:
The Autoignition Temperature test instrument is suitable for detecting the spontaneous ignition point of liquid petroleum and petrochemical products such as heat transfer fluid, flame retardant hydraulic fluid, flame retardant turbine oil and flame retardant transformer oil.
During operation, add a small amount of sample into a glass flask with air at a constant predetermined temperature, and observe the contents of the flask for 10min, or until spontaneous ignition occurs. Spontaneous ignition is determined by the sudden appearance of flame in the flask and the sudden rise of the temperature of the gas mixture. When the specified volume sample is ignited, the minimum temperature of the gas mixture in the flask shall be taken as the spontaneous ignition point of the sample, and the ignition delay time shall be recorded.
II. Main Features
1. This instrument is bench-top type with compact structure and easy operation.
2. Equipped with high-quality ceramic furnace chamber; heat transfer is realized via internal metal bath.
3. Adopts eco-friendly metal bath heating mode, lowering harm to operators caused by oil fumes, and delivering excellent thermal insulation performance.
4. Heating wire imported from overseas ensures long service life.
5. Imported electric heating rod facilitates easy maintenance and repair.
6. High-efficiency thermal insulation material prevents operators from scald injuries.
7. Built-in microprocessor thermostat with PID control, digital temperature display, temperature accuracy up to 0.1°C, fitted with PT100 temperature sensor.
8. Operating temperature range: Ambient temperature ~ 600°C
