  The ST-Z19 material physical property analyzer, as a sensory physical property analysis instrument, can be used to test the physical property indicators of samples in the fields of materials and chemicals, including hardness, tensile force, friction force, compressive force and other physical property analyses. The ST-Z19 material physical property analyzer is a mechatronic product. It is meticulously and reasonably designed and manufactured by adopting modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design principles, and using advanced dual-CPU microcomputer processing technology.

  The ST-Z19 material physical property analyzer mainly consists of the texture analyzer main unit, dedicated software, spare probes and accessories. Its basic structure is generally composed of a mechanical device capable of deforming the sample, a container for holding the sample, and a recording system that records force, time and deformation rate. The test is conducted around distance, time and force, and the results are analyzed. The physical property analyzer mainly reflects the texture properties related to mechanical properties. Its results have high sensitivity and objectivity, and can be accurately quantified through the dedicated software equipped, using quantified indicators to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the items.
