ST302 Drug Optical Rotation Tester is designed and manufactured according to the new version of the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0621 optical rotation measurement method. It is mainly a specialized instrument for measuring the optical rotation of drugs.
Unless otherwise specified, the 2020 Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0621 rotary photometry method uses the D-line (589.3nm) of sodium spectrum to measure energy and luminosity. The length of the measuring tube is 1dm (if other tube lengths are used, they should be converted), and the measurement temperature is 20 ℃.
