SH7550 Crude Oil Wax Content Tester for Wax Test Per SY/T‑7550 Low‑Moisture Crude Oil Sample Analysis

  The SH7550 Crude Oil Wax Content Tester is developed and manufactured in compliance with the Chinese industrial standard SY/T‑7550 *Determination of Wax, Gum and Asphaltene Contents in Crude Oil*. It applies to measuring the wax content of crude‑oil samples with a water content below 0.5 % (mass fraction).

Performance characteristics:

  Adsorption Unit: Stainless‑steel bath equipped with a digital temperature controller for automatic constant‑temperature control.
  The temperature setpoint is freely adjustable. A built‑in circulation pump inside the water bath connects to the adsorption unit to maintain temperature within the required range. Two heating ports on the water‑bath cover enable heating for glass containers.

  Dewaxing & Filtration Unit: Four‑position stainless‑steel bath with digital temperature controller for automatic constant‑temperature control.
Freely adjustable temperature setpoint; built‑in stirring for the constant‑temperature bath to enhance temperature‑control precision.

  Four‑well refrigeration tank:
‑ Left well: solvent refrigeration well
‑ Two middle wells: sample refrigeration wells
‑ Right well: filtration refrigeration well

  Temperatures for all four wells can be set as required, achieving isothermal conditions across the four wells.
