ST114C Circular Flour Test Sieve – National Standard Compliant Instrument for Flour and Grain Fineness Determination
Description
The ST114C Circular Flour Test Sieve is independently developed in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5507-2008 Inspection of Grain and Oils – Determination of Flour Fineness. It is a professional testing instrument for measuring the fineness of flour and grain materials. Featuring a rational structure, stable running, reliable performance, robustness and simple operation, it serves as essential testing equipment for quality and technical supervision authorities, grain & oil inspection institutions, food processing enterprises, universities and other organizations engaged in flour and grain fineness testing.
Structurally, it adopts high-precision worm gear transmission with stable center of gravity. Driven by an eccentric connecting rod mechanism, the instrument generates planar rotary motion. The pressure rod base integrated with the tray enables firmer fixing of test sieves.
Equipped with a single-chip microcomputer controlled electronic timer, the device delivers high timing precision and user-friendly operation. It supports functions including time setting, working timing, emergency stop and automatic reset. The membrane keypad further extends the instrument’s service life. All technical parameters fully comply with the requirements of GB/T 5507-2008. This tester is indispensable for grain and oil quality inspection stations at all levels, quality inspection institutes under quality supervision bureaus, and grain processing plants to test powder coarseness and fineness.
