PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  Powered by microcomputer technology and fitted with a large LCD display, the SH105BS automatic closed cup flash point tester delivers fully automated operation. It heats samples in strict accordance with standard test methods, and handles test arm lifting, ignition, real-time data display, flash point value locking and result printing all on its own. After each test run, it initiates cooling automatically, so the entire testing workflow runs completely hands-off from start to finish.

It is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical manufacturing, commodity inspection, scientific research and other sectors, and complies with ISO 2719, ASTM D93 and GB/T 261-2021 standards.

Flash point

Under the specified test conditions, the test flame causes the sample vapor to fire and spread the flame to the lowest temperature on the liquid surface to 1013 kPa atmosphere.

Technical performance parameters
