The ST149B Automated Oxidation Resistance Tester generates a relatively stable oxygen‑free environment for food samples under short‑term ambient‑temperature conditions. It is applicable to both solid and liquid oil‑containing food matrices, including plant‑ and animal‑derived tissues. Samples can be tested directly without pre‑separation of fats.
