ST103 Ointment 180° Electronic Peel Test Machine English Introduction
ST103 Ointment 180° Electronic Peel Tester is a professional pharmaceutical testing instrument featuring precise control and low noise operation.
Developed in strict compliance with the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia <0952 Adhesion Force Determination Method>, the ST103 180° electronic peel tester adopts advanced mechanical design and ergonomic principles, and is equipped with high-precision microcomputer processing technology. Featuring an innovative structure, user-friendly operation, stable performance and elegant appearance, it represents a new generation of high-performance pharmaceutical testing equipment.
Test Principle
The test sample is fixed between the two clamps of the dedicated fixture, which perform relative displacement during operation. A high-sensitivity force sensor mounted on the movable clamp and the built-in precision displacement sensor of the equipment synchronously collect real-time force and displacement data throughout the test. The system automatically calculates and outputs the 180° peel strength of the tested sample.

l High degree of automation: The instrument design adopts advanced domestic and foreign devices, with microcomputers for information sensing, data processing, and action control. It has the characteristics of automatic reset, data memory, overload protection, and fault self diagnosis.
