Product Overview

Horizontal and Vertical Flammability Testing Machine featuring UL 94 flame chamber with both horizontal and vertical configurations. Designed for flammability testing of plastic materials used in consumer electric devices and appliances. Constructed with stainless steel and black interior, featuring a large sliding window for optimal visibility. Includes fully adjustable specimen support and precision gas flow controls.

Main Components

Combustion test chamber: Sealed or ventilated controllable box (≥0.5m³ volume) made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel
Standard burner (Bunsen burner): Generates standard flame (50W flame height: 20±1mm)
Sample fixture: Adjustable to precise horizontal or vertical positions
Gas supply system: Provides ≥98% pure methane with high-precision flow meters and pressure gauges (gas not included)
Timing device: ≥0.1s accuracy for measuring flame application and afterflame times
