Water Vapor Transmission Rate WVTR Tester

Application

It is used for Water Vapor Transmission Rate tests of various fabrics, membrane materials and coated fabrics.

GB/T 12704, ASTM E 96, JIS L 1099, BS 7209

Features

Touch screen control, Chinese and English menu, man-machine dialogue mode, convenient operation.
Rotating sample placement frame, 1 ~ 15r/min speed adjustable, the test results are more uniform than fixed sample frames.
High precision temperature and humidity sensor, control using PID algorithm with small fluctuation, effectively preventing temperature and humidity overshoot.
Includes temperature and humidity calibration function to avoid sensor deviation caused by long-term use.
MCU control, color touch screen operation, modular design, temperature and humidity digital setting, intelligent control, real-time display of temperature and humidity and timing time.
Input parameters on the touch screen to calculate WVT g/(h.m²), WVP g/(h.MHg.m²), PV g.cm/(h.MHg.m²) value.
Instrument is equipped with PC software, temperature and humidity curve can be recorded, convenient for large data report calculation and printing, suitable for various standards and measurement methods.
