Hydraulic hot press machine for doors particle board hot press machine Features:
1. Heating press can be used to make the structure of plywood steady, and also remove the excess moisture of glue.
2. The hydraulic system and electrical system have been equipped with. If customer need, we also can supply the Automatic infeed and out feed device for this machine.
3. All platens have been treated specially, the smooth surface ensure the smooth degree of final plywood.
4. The user can choose the heating system as heat steam or thermal oil, but the hot press machine we offered does not include boiler.
5. The cylinders have been treated in high accuracy, so it can avoid oil leaking.
6. For some special needs of our customer, we also can do the hot press machine with assistant lifting cylinder.
The hot press is used for laminating MDF/HDF to make the door skin. It worked by overlaying melamine paper or veneer on MDF/HDF with high pressure and high temperature to melt the glue. For making the beautiful design texture on the door skin surface, it should be install the door moulds between each heating platens.
This laminated door skin is used for laminated door, it is totally different from natural wooden door. Using laminate door skin can help us to save the trees as well as to bring us the beautiful doors for our house.
