Description:
The boiler chooses the advanced wet back three-pass horizontal fire tube structure and the tube sheet anti-crack patent. It has the high efficiency & energy conservation economizer, condenser and oversea burner with better performance. This type of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, good looking and full-automatic computer control.
Applications
Three-return structure: adopts the international popular shell-type three-return ,full wet back structure, combustion chamber large volume design, to ensure the combustion more fully. Fuel combustion in the furnace by micro-positive pressure, high temperature smoke gas along the boiler furnace go backward through reverse flow combustor turn 180°into the first smoke flue tube bundle, pass the oppressive front smoke box then turn 180°into the second smoke flue tube bundle, after the convection heat transfer injection into the atmosphere.
The corrugated furnace: the combustion chamber adopt full corrugated furnace structure, not only strengthen the flue gas disturbance, but also increased the radiation transfer area; not only increase the rigidity of the furnace, but also effectively weaken expansion stress of furnace; both enhance the heat transfer effect, and promote the fuel combustion in the furnace.
The unique pipe and tube sheet welding technology: adopts the first pre-expansion and then all welding, and then expanded connection advanced technology. Both to prevent the pipe gap corrosion, and enhance the welding strength; adopts the high heat transfer coefficient of the screw smoke tube, to strength the convective heat transfer effect, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, improve the boiler thermal efficiency.
Symmetrical activities hinge joint front, back smoke door: easy to open, convenient for repair, clean up.
Wet back structure: the boiler use wet back structure, full pull side butt weld,reliable performance, low maintenance costs.
Rear-view device: rear view device design, easy to observe the combustion situation.
Security: design over-temperature, overpressure, water-shortage, leakage detecting, flameout and other protection functions, boiler operation safe and reliable.
