1.The synchronizing system is advanced, which is using four-bar mechanism instead of gear synchronizing mechanism. The effect of synchronization is more stable. It has guarantee for the flatness of unloading board and it has high quality of the board.
2. Aging treatment: Through aging treatment after welding of main rack, it eliminates nonuniform stress inside, which greatly improves the life time of press machine’s rack.
3. PLC control and touch screen
4.Thermal insulation pad: We use macro molecule inner temperature insulation board instead of epoxy resin plate, so that the index of withstand voltage and heat-resisting is increasing obviously. It increases the life of thermal insulation pad, so that the life time of oil cylinder is increasing.
The automatic laminating line adopts PLC controller and HMI control, fast reponse, high position accuracy, to save labor cost and improve the productivity. So, it has the feature of stable performance, high production efficiency, and easy operation.
This assembly line comprises of different machines, and some optional devices could be installed to realize other functions if requested, such as brusher, vacuum loader, vacuum unloader, auto trimmer, cooling line, stacking device, etc
