Introduction
Non fumigation wood pallet tray making machine wooden pallets molding machine from cotton stalk and sawdust is used to make the wood pallet which is used into the transportation. It adopts sawdust or wood chips as raw material, hydraulically pressed by high temperature up and down into a pallet.
The raw material under the moisture 8-10%, mixed with a special glue for wood waste, heating and pressing by high pressure around 800t-1200t, and finally shape into a solid wooden pallet. The final pallet density is around 800-850kg/cbm. The whole wood pallet production line can be operated automatically. We can supply auto- feeding, auto- drying, auto- gluing and mixed material auto-feeding press machine, and finally auto-discharging. From material to the final products, the whole plant needs at most 5 worker.
Features of Mould wood pallet press machine:
