Automatic wood based compressed pallet hot press machine
Hydraulic hot press wooden pallet compressed wood pallet making machine from wood process line is used to make the wood pallet which is used into the transportation. It adopts sawdust or wood chips as raw material, hydraulically pressed by high temperature up and down into a pallet.
The raw material under the moisture 8-10%, mixed with a special glue for wood waste, heating and pressing by high pressure around 800t-1200t, and finally shape into a solid wooden pallet. The final pallet density is around 800-850kg/cbm. The whole wood pallet production line can be operated automatically. We can supply auto- feeding, auto- drying, auto- gluing and mixed material auto-feeding press machine, and finally auto-discharging. From material to the final products, the whole plant needs at most 5 worker.
Molding machine is mainly suitable for making the plastic plate in the filter board and moulded wooden pallets.it is belonged to the single veneer press,generally with a mould,the working table can be made of heating or un-heating.the framed is structured,with high strength,and the layout design is reasonable,which can used safely and reliable.
