Capability and Use
PUR modle non-woven and aluminum membrane laminating machine consist of coating machine winding machine.mainly is suitable for laminaring coiled material.
Machine production is coating a layer of PUR hot melt adhesive by the anxiox roller on non-woven lining form the first roll,then aluminum membrane form second roll through flattening roller into the laminating roller with non-woven fabrics be glued to laminate together,after the two group roller press genly into the wining part. tension of wining from 25N.m magnetic powder brake control (adjustable),wining controlled by toeque motor,rewining through the photoelectric correction controll.
