Capability and Use
The HF900 hot-melt Glue(PUR)Composite Line consist of seven single units and two auxiliary units,which is a professionally designed equipment for the furniture industry.this line is used for sticking different kinds of decoration layer,including wood layer,to the surface of composite board,tri-layer core board,and other kinds of baseboard.PUR glue is adopted as the adhesive agent,which reduces the solidifying time.belt type presser keeps the product form deforming.the sticking process includes front zone gluing step and back zone pressing step,which substitutes the traditional manual sticking or simple mechanical sticking,thus remarkably reduces labor intensity and production cost.with decoration layer stuck on the surface,the board acquires elegant and natural appearance.it is revolution of furniture board industry.
Use:
Mainly used for laminating different type of garment materials like nonwoven fabric, nylon etc. Also suitable for lamianting film and rolled pu leather, widely used in shoemkaing, bag, clothmaking industries and others.
Features:
1, Using high qulaity switches and buttons, easy operation and maitenance.
2, Glue point transfer technique is adopted to make the glue into points and then transfer them to the inside cloth and then laminate the inside cloth with the outside cloth.
3. The finished fabrics feels good,waterproof, washable, dry cleanable, and no pollution emission.
4, Equipped with automatic edge alignment system.
6, "Central Reeling" or "Surface Reeling" is optional for sbstrates or laminated materials.
