Product Description
The kind of press is suitable for singele veneer decoration board.it can be divided into two styles by the position of the mai oil cylinder,one is overhead style,anther is underneath style.
Single veneer hot press overall design simple,so the cost of equipment is low.belong to the most cost-effective products of all the hot press.the series of machine is mainly used for glossy,matte S,F,and flower stextures,and it is used for furniture decorative boards it is mainly used in the single side laminated board,in particular,it is widly used in the thin boards.
This hydraulic hot press machine is used for furniture sheet production by laminating melamine paper to MDF/HDF/PB, chipboard, etc wood based panels under a certain heat and pressure with advanced technology.
Features:
1. Control system: PLC control with connection to computer (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens optional), from infeed to storage, complete lamination offered. This system is stable and is of high automation. Technical parameters can be set, modified and monitored by human-machine interface.
2. Mechanical system : Stable, easy to operate, high efficient and easy for maintenance.
3. Hydraulic system: Top branded valves and pumps are used for this system, with features of high stability, low noise, and no leakage.
