Product Description
Hot press machine is one of the most important machine in the plywood production, it is used to bond the veneers with glue together under high pressure and high temperature. heating method can be thermo oil or steam.
1. We can make plywood hot press machine for making plywood board , blockboard , particle board , MDF , Chipboard for making door .
2. Hot platens sizes can be customized , 1370x2700,1100x1830 , 1610x1710 , and other sizes available . Layers can be 5 layers , 8 layers , 10 layers , 12 layers , 15 layers , 18 layers , 20 layers , 25layers , 30 layers ,
3. The hot platens is made of C45 / DIN 17200 steel, high rigidity , drilled with large duty deep hole drill . oil/steam double inlet and double outlet .
4. Its frame is knock down model , fixed with screw and then weld at customer factory site , then it will be convenient to ship by containers .
5. It can be heated by both steam water and thermo oil .
The kind of press is suitable for singele veneer decoration board.it can be divided into two styles by the position of the mai oil cylinder,one is overhead style,anther is underneath style.
Single veneer hot press overall design simple,so the cost of equipment is low.belong to the most cost-effective products of all the hot press.the series of machine is mainly used for glossy,matte S,F,and flower stextures,and it is used for furniture decorative boards it is mainly used in the single side laminated board,in particular,it is widly used in the thin boards.
