Description:

This kind of hot press primarily used for melamine faced particle board and MDF board. This kind of hot press produces laminated board by overlaying decorative paper(melamine paper or veneer) on MDF/PB by high temperature to melt the glue. This is mainly used for laminated flooring.

1. Aging treatment: The steel used in our lamination machine was after aging treatment, that's make our material more uniform stress. It would make the service life of the machine frame increased to 1.5-2 times.

2. Frame mechanism: The closed frame is strengthened, which will ensure its working accuracy by appropriate design, reinforced mechanical properties and machining each surface. Amplifying the crossbeam makes the design reasonable and improves working rigidity. 1600 tons and above the lamination machine frame reinforcement plate now is a whole board (CNC cutting). The improvement is more reasonable, increase the strength and fatigue life of the frame.

3. Oil cylinder adopts the advanced sealing technology, cast-steel cylinder body, chill-iron plunger and good machining accuracy, all of which will extend the working life of cylinder.

4. Synchronous mechanism: The synchronization mechanism 1600 tons and above the lamination machine have also been improved. The synchronization result is more smoothly. The boards have better flatness. It also solve the problem of board edge easy to falling. Make your boards have better quality, more competitive.

5. Insulation pad: We replaced the epoxy resin board with high polymer temperature and heat insulation board. Pressure resistant, heat resistant index improved significantly. The life of the insulation pad extend at least 2 times.

6. Hydraulic pump station: The using of a new type of hydraulic pump station revolutionary changes our hydraulic oil cooling method. Using air cooling system instead of water cooling system, the oil temperature would be lower about 10 ° c than before. Use in the same situation, our machine is more stable, has longer service life. At the same time, we increased the pressure accumulator for hydraulic system. This greatly reduces the pressure time press after closing, to improve the quality of the finished board. Hydraulic system adopts precision prefilled valve,hydraulic part adopts cartridge valve(newest technology ,it will more convenient, flexible, and has better sealing performance)together with sandwich valve make the hydraulic system more tightly.

7. The process of communication between equipment and man are all disposed by the PLC controls ,all helping to achieve high reliability and flexibility of production, the PLC controls and main electronic components are from international brand(e.p.:Siemens,Mitsubishi, or any other brand as customer’s requirements),the central control with touch screen.
