Hydraulic Plywood Hot Press Machine For Doors 30KW 500T-1800T Pressure
The plywood hot press is used for laminating MDF/HDF to make the door skin. It worked by overlaying melamine paper or veneer on MDF/HDF with high pressure and high temperature to melt the glue. For making the beautiful design texture on the door skin surface, it should be install the door moulds between each heating platens.
This laminated door skin is used for laminated door, it is totally different from natural wooden door. Using laminate door skin can help us to save the trees as well as to bring us the beautiful doors for our house.
1. Multilayer door woodworking machinery is suitable for moulding and veneering of melamine door skin, maturalwood for skin.
2. Multilayer door woodworking machinery adopts spring synchrnous closed structure, can stop at any position according to the production process (or position-limit control), and the residence time can be adjusted.The press holding time and pressure set automatic control.
Main Features

2. Hot platen: It is drilled from excellent carbon solid steel and it is high precision, high strength and durable.
3. Heating system: It can be heated by steam boiler, oil heater or electric oil heater.

1). Japan Mitsubishi PLC, Screen operating, manually/ automatic controlled,

the hot platen and so on.
