The LHA-2000A is an intelligent CNC panel bender built for high-efficiency, flexible sheet metal fabrication. Unlike conventional panel benders that rely on manual or automatic tool change, the LHA-2000A requires no tooling change at all - tooling segments assemble automatically to the exact length each job calls for, cutting setup time and keeping production moving as part specifications change.
The LHA-2000A uses an automatic tool-splicing design. Tooling segments assemble automatically to match the length of each workpiece, with no manual or automatic tool swap in between. This removes a major source of downtime and keeps output consistent across multi-product runs.
A self-developed CNC control system supports intuitive operation, intelligent programming, and optimized bending paths. Precise multi-axis control keeps bending performance stable and production repeatable, even for complex parts.
The panel bender processes cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. It is widely used for electrical cabinets, storage cabinets, HVAC equipment, kitchen appliances, medical equipment, and other sheet metal fabrication applications.
Servo control technology and a high-rigidity mechanical structure deliver accurate positioning and stable bending. Closed-loop control keeps bending angles and product quality consistent throughout continuous production.
