Product Overview

The LHA-PA series is Lanhao's high-end panel bender line for thicker sheet metal. It's built around an exclusive pneumatic pressing-tool patent, which is what lets it handle plate up to 3.0mm - beyond what most panel benders on the market are set up to do. Tool changeovers are quick, so switching between jobs doesn't eat into the day.

The goal with this machine is simple: less labor, more throughput, without giving up consistency from part to part. It positions and bends automatically, and the die sets on offer cover circular arcs, crushed edges, loop-type and closed-type profiles, plus more complex shapes. Core Functions

Once a sheet is loaded, the LHA-PA series positions it and bends it on its own, across the full 0-180° range, with no manual repositioning between passes. The control system runs all 15 servo axes together, so a single workpiece can go through several bending steps and come out the same way every time.

Because one die set can produce arcs, hems, loops and closed shapes, this one machine covers work that used to need several separate forming processes - fewer machines on the floor, fewer handoffs between them.

Most bending equipment pushes the hinge knife sideways into the plate, which is exactly what causes shoveling and scratching. Lanhao's patented hinge knife moves in and out under servo control instead, so that lateral force is never applied - and the finished part comes out clean.
