To completely resolve this industry point, the LJJYJ series Integrated Automatic Dosing Device (Integrated Flocculant Preparation Device) was developed.
This equipment intelligently integrates dissolving, maturing, and dosing into a single unit. Electric Heating Belt Prevents Moisture and Caking: Targeting the fatal flaw of dry powder easily absorbing moisture and blocking pipes, the equipment is specially outfitted with an electric heating belt on the dry powder feeding pipe. The heating mechanism keeps the powder inside completely dry, thoroughly preventing moisture, caking, and blockages, ensuring the powder slides smoothly into the mixer.
Fully Automatic Unattended System: The equipment is powered by an advanced automatic control system that supports fully automatic operation, auto-stop, auto-start, auto-alarm, and even remote control capabilities. It automatically initiates preparation when the dosing compartment reaches a low level, and stops at a high level to prevent overflow, truly realizing intelligent, unmanned operation.
VFD Precise Speed Control for Chemical Savings: The dry powder feeder's motor speed is regulated by a variable frequency drive (VFD) inside the control box, precisely controlling the rotation of the dosing screw. This high-precision feeding, combined with water flow regulation, strictly locks in the target concentration of the prepared liquid, entirely eliminating chemical waste caused by overdosing.

Q: Flocculant powder easily clumps when exposed to moisture. Will this machine's feeding pipe get clogged during use?
A: It will not clog. The equipment design flawlessly solves this issue by equipping the exterior of the dry powder feeding pipe with an electric heating belt. By heating the pipe, it maintains a dry internal environment, completely preventing the powder from absorbing moisture and caking, guaranteeing smooth feeding.
Q: How does the "automatic operation mode" work? Does someone need to monitor it constantly?
A: No dedicated supervision is required. Under automatic mode, the equipment operates autonomously based on signals from the liquid level meter. When the chemical liquid in the dosing compartment drops to the lowest level, the system automatically starts preparing a fresh batch; when it reaches the predefined highest level, the system stops running to prevent overflow, realizing fully automated continuous preparation.
Q: If the matured chemical liquid is temporarily unused and sits in the dosing compartment, will it settle or separate?
A: It will not settle. To prevent the matured liquid from settling due to stagnation, a dedicated mixer is installed in the dosing compartment. When the system pauses the preparation of new chemicals, this mixer automatically performs intermittent stirring, ensuring the liquid concentration remains perfectly uniform.
