The sealing surfaces utilize Tin Bronze or NBR materials combined with a high-precision modular wedge mechanism that maintains sealing clearance at ≤ 0.1mm for perfect plane contact sealing.

What should be done if the sealing performance decreases after long-term operation?
The MZF square gate valve features a specially designed adjustable sealing mechanism (wedge blocks). If wear occurs or water-stopping performance decreases, you can easily restore perfect plane contact and excellent sealing by adjusting the wedge block tightness within the module, eliminating the need for complete gate plate replacement.
Can this square gate valve withstand reverse water flow pressure?
Yes. Under standard single-direction pressure configuration, the gate withstands a 5m reverse working water head. For more demanding conditions, the equipment supports bi-directional pressure configuration, capable of handling up to 10m water head pressure in both directions, meeting complex water flow environment requirements.
