Working Principle
The TGN scraper consists of a traveling bridge, rakes (sludge & scum), drive unit, and control panel. Operating modes based on trough layout:
A. Troughs at Same End: Both rakes lower → Scrape sludge & scum forward to the end → Both rakes lift → Return to start unloaded
B. Troughs at Opposite Ends: Sludge rake lowers → Scrape sludge forward to the end → Sludge rake lifts & skimmer lowers → Skim scum backward to the start
