Underground Channel Grinder for Integrated Sewage Pumping Facilities
Product Overview
The drumless grinder screen adopts an innovative drum-free structure. Unlike conventional screening equipment that intercepts, lifts, and transports screenings, it directly shreds bulky solids underwater, eliminating the need to collect and transport screenings off-site.
The equipment can be installed entirely underground. This design significantly improves the operating environment of conventional pumping stations by reducing noise, civil-construction requirements, operating costs, and exposure to unpleasant odors and waste.
Combined with an automatic control system, it enables fully underground and unattended operation.

The fully buried drumless grinder screen is suitable for intercepting and shredding floating solids in inlet channels or wet wells at:
