The Wiped Film Distillation Equipment also known as the short-path distillation, plays an important role in the separation, purification and concentration of natural products. When the average free path of steam molecular is greater than the distance between the evaporation surface and the condensation surface, the liquid mixture can be separated by making use of different evaporation rates of each component in the liquid mixture.

The transmission rod of the drive motor needn't go through the sealing surface of the distiller. The whole system possesses a good sealing performance. The minimum vacuum pressure is up to 0.001mbar. During the operation of the Wiped Film Distillation Equipment , the highest temperature of the system can reach 230℃/300℃. The accurate temperature control can be realized.
