Description

This product is a high-end, transparent, dust-proof topcoat with a lotus-like hydrophobic effect. Rainwater beads up on the surface, carrying away dust and stains as it slides off, leaving your walls looking pristine for years.

Technical Parameters

Theoretical usage: Approximately 6-8 m2/kg/coat. Actual usage varies depending on application method and substrate flatness.
 Dilution Ratio: Add up to 5% water to dilute, depending on the application.
 Drying Time: Surface drying in approximately 2 hours; recoating time is at least 24 hours (25°C, 50% relative humidity). This time may be extended at low temperatures.
 Curing Time: 7 days at 25°C. This time may be extended at low temperatures (not below 5°C) to achieve the desired coating effect.
 Implementation Standard: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Architectural Wall Paints."
 Product Specifications: 20 kg/drum.

Usage Instructions

 Application Method: Roller application, etc.
 Application Environment: Do not apply when the temperature is below 5°C, the relative humidity is above 80%, or in strong winds, rain, snow, thunderstorms, or other weather conditions.  Base Preparation: Before construction, the base must be strictly inspected and accepted in accordance with national standards to ensure that the surface is flat, clean, and solid, free of grease, mold, algae, loose dust, and other attachments, with a pH value of less than 10 and a moisture content of less than 10%, meeting construction requirements.
 During construction, please use necessary protective equipment and labor protection equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, and professional construction clothing, in accordance with local operating regulations. Equipment such as hanging baskets or supports must be sturdy and secure.
 During construction, pay attention to the material-to-water ratio and construction techniques, and follow all regulations.
 Before construction, mix thoroughly and use in the specified ratio. The mixing container must be clean and free of other chemicals and debris.
 During and after construction, please promptly rinse equipment with clean water.

Precautions

 If the product leaks, cover with sand or soil to absorb it.
 Disposal of contaminants after absorption, including cans and unused containers, should be carried out in accordance with local environmental protection standards.  Never dispose of discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
 If this product comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. If any discomfort occurs, seek medical attention.
