Product Introduction

Theoretical dosage: about 1㎡/2kg/2 coats of finished product. The actual construction area will vary due to different personal construction techniques and processes.
Dilution ratio: about 25% water is used for mixing, which may vary slightly according to the actual construction situation.
Drying time: The drying time varies according to the actual construction process.
Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not lower than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.

Usage method

Construction method: batch coating, etc.
Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, masking paper, short-hair roller, medium-flowered nap roller, brush, batch knife, etc.
Construction process: ①Roll and apply 1 coat of penetrating sealing primer, wait until it is completely dry;
②Apply 1 coat of basalt by scraping, wait until it is completely dry;
③Apply 2 coats of basalt by scraping, and immediately roughen the surface;
④When it is 60% dry, finish the surface and wait until it is completely dry;
⑤Roll and apply 1 coat of inorganic diamond cover topcoat.
Construction environment: It is not suitable to apply when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
Base treatment: Before construction, clean the surface of the base to be painted to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new base surfaces such as ash sand, plaster, cement, etc. (pH value is less than 10, moisture content is less than 10%) should be dried before construction.
During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes.
Before construction, stir thoroughly and use in a certain proportion. The mixing container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
Please use clean water to clean the equipment in time during and after construction.

Precautions

If the product leaks, it can be covered with sand or soil for absorption.
For the treatment of pollutants after absorption, including cans and unused containers, they should be handled in accordance with local environmental protection standards.
Never discharge discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
