Technical parameters

Theoretical dosage: about 8-9㎡/1kg/1 coat depending on the specific process. The actual construction area will vary due to different personal construction techniques and processes.

Dilution ratio: dilution with water is not recommended.
 Drying time: Surface drying takes about 2 hours; recoating time is at least 2 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), and it can be extended moderately at low temperature.
 Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not lower than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.
 Implementation standards: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings", GB/T9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings".

Usage

 Construction method: rolling, spraying, brushing, etc.
 Construction environment: It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
 Base treatment: Before construction, clean the surface of the base to be painted to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new ash sand, plaster, cement and other base surfaces (pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%) should be dried before construction.
 During construction, please configure necessary protection and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes.
 Before construction, stir well and use in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
 During and after construction, please use clean water to clean the equipment in time.

Precautions

 If the product leaks, it can be covered with sand or soil for absorption.
 For the treatment of pollutants after absorption, including cans and unused containers, it should be handled in accordance with local environmental protection standards.
 Do not discharge discarded paint waste into drains or water sources.
