Do I need to pay mold fees for reorders?
No, we will permanently store your custom molds, no repeated mold charges for repeat orders.
What is your production lead time?
4-7 working days for in-stock blank goods; 10-15 working days for custom out-of-stock items, lead time varies based on order quantity. Rush urgent orders are supported.
Can you produce items based on my exclusive design?
