The Badge Reel Retractable – Round YOYO is a professional-grade credential holder designed for corporate offices, healthcare facilities, schools, and events. Featuring a compact round YOYO disc body manufactured from imported ABS resin with a matte surface finish, this badge reel delivers a premium tactile feel while maintaining outstanding durability for daily institutional use.
One of the most practical features of this badge reel is its RFID signal-penetrating design. Unlike fully enclosed badge holders, the open-front clip construction allows 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RFID signals to pass through unimpeded, enabling seamless contactless door access, time-clock authentication, and secure facility entry without removing the badge from the reel.
Customization is available for both the reel body and the pull tab. Full-color UV printing, screen printing, and epoxy Doming are supported, allowing organizations to display logos, department names, slogans, or QR codes directly on the 32 mm disc surface. The open pull-tab design also accommodates a secondary printing area for serial numbers or barcodes. A new mold fee is waived for repeat orders, significantly reducing the per-unit cost for ongoing corporate branding programs.
Available in seven professional colors (black, blue, white, cyan, pink, orange, yellow), the YOYO badge reel can be color-coded by department, access level, or visitor type, making security management more visual and efficient. The retractable nylon cord extends up to 750 mm from the 32 mm diameter disc, providing generous reach for badge scanning and ID verification without the risk of tangling. The cord uses 0.5 mm high-strength nylon rope with a built-in spring mechanism that automatically rewinds the line smoothly after each use, keeping workstations and uniforms neat and organized.
On the reverse side, a metal alligator clip (11 * 19 mm) secures firmly to clothing, lapels, pockets, or belt loops, ensuring the badge stays in place throughout the workday. The clip mechanism is spring-loaded for one-handed operation, making it easy to attach and detach badges quickly during shift changes or visitor management.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 100 pieces per color. For mixed-color orders, the total MOQ is 100 pieces, with at least 20 pieces per color.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample units are available; the buyer covers the shipping cost. Sample lead time is 3–5 business days.
What logo customization methods are available?
We offer UV full-color printing, screen printing, and epoxy Doming on the YOYO disc body. Custom pull-tab shapes are also available.
What file formats do you accept for logo artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG (300 dpi minimum). Our design team can also assist with file preparation.
What is the delivery time?
For in-stock colors (no custom printing), delivery is 4–7 business days. For custom-printed or out-of-stock items, allow 10–15 business days.
Is there a mold fee for repeat orders?
No. The mold fee is waived for repeat orders of the same specification. Only first-time orders require a mold fee.
What are the payment terms?
Standard payment terms are T/T and credit card. For first orders, a 30% deposit with balance before shipment is common practice.
Do you offer RFID-blocking or RFID-passing variants?
This YOYO model is designed as RFID-passing (signal-penetrating). RFID-blocking variants are available as a separate product line — contact us for details.
What shipping options do you provide?
We support FOB, CIF, and EXW incoterms. Our standard export port is Shenzhen. International shipping via major freight forwarders is available.
Can I color-code badges by department?
Yes. Seven standard colors are available for color-coding by department, access level, or visitor type. Custom Pantone-matched colors are available for orders of 1,000+ pieces.
What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging is 1 piece per OPP bag, 100 bags per carton (1,000 pieces total). Custom packaging with branded sleeves or retail blister cards is available for orders of 3,000+ pieces.
