The Dual X-Axis Dual Y-Axis Automatic Soldering Machine is a high-efficiency, dual-station soldering solution designed for precision electronic assembly. Featuring independent dual X/Y motion systems and an integrated CCD vision module, the machine enables simultaneous soldering and vision positioning, significantly improving throughput without compromising accuracy.

Two fully independent X-axis and Y-axis systems allow parallel operation on two workstations.
While one station performs CCD image capture and positioning, the other station continues soldering—no idle time.
Continuous operation of the soldering head maximizes equipment utilization and production efficiency.
Integrated industrial camera ensures precise positioning and consistent solder quality.
Rigid frame and precision linear modules ensure long-term accuracy and repeatability.
Industrial display with intuitive HMI for fast setup, programming, and monitoring.
The operator loads the workpiece onto Workstation 1.
The Y-axis moves the workpiece under the X2-axis camera for CCD image capture and alignment.
After positioning, the system moves the workpiece to the X1-axis soldering area for soldering.
While Station 1 is soldering, Station 2 simultaneously completes loading and vision alignment.
Dual stations alternate seamlessly, achieving non-stop production.
The dual X-axis dual Y-axis structure is specifically engineered to eliminate waiting time between vision inspection and soldering.
