Product Features:
The machine mainly consists of three parts: a glue storage mechanism, a mixing pump mechanism, and an electrical control system.
It adopts a dual-channel design, enabling on-demand mixing and dispensing of two-component glue. Glue delivery is achieved by a screw pump, with an adjustable mixing ratio within a certain range, offering high accuracy and stability.
The glue tank is equipped with an independent speed-regulating motor, allowing for individual mixing of the glue within the tank.
Equipped with a vacuum pump and a digital vacuum display, it can perform vacuum degassing of the glue within the tank and monitor the vacuum level in real time.
The glue tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor, enabling automatic alarm for low glue levels.
Pressure sensors are installed at the flow channel inlets, allowing for real-time monitoring and control of the glue pressure within the flow channels.
The control panel features an LCD touchscreen and independent function buttons, allowing for independent adjustment of multiple parameters such as dispensing speed and dispensing position.
