1. Equipment Description
This production line is designed for the assembly and testing of automotive center display systems, including dual-screen and triple-screen configurations.
The line supports PCB sub-assembly, screen assembly, front housing assembly, and AOI inspection processes.
It operates with a high level of automation and is suitable for stable, continuous production.
Manual operation is mainly limited to loading, while all subsequent processes are completed automatically to ensure consistent quality and positioning accuracy.
Each station is equipped with a dedicated positioning fixture and pneumatic positioning cylinder, ensuring precise and repeatable positioning during operation.
