Quality control:
1. 3 layers PVC tarpaulin with feature of strong fire retardant & water-proof.All are with CE certificate and certificate.
2. Reinforced extra strips on all welds, in order to ensure the products are more durable and no leaks.
3. Anchor points on the bottom for fixing the inflatable.
4. Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable .It makes the inflatable steady enough.
5. We use TKK zipper .the famous brand in japan. YKK zipper are specialized in its solidity and smoothness which decuple the normal zipper
6. Our sewing technology is double stitching with fourfold stitching inside and double stitching outside to make sure the products are strong enough.
7. Most sealed products in the market only weld two layers,while we add more one .It is not only for the safety ,but also for the durability of the products.
How we pack:
We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.
