For the new design, it is 500x125mm module size, there don't have left or right difference. Also the recieving card change to A4S, from the picture, you could easily to be it is mounted by 500x500mm cabinet together with 500x1000mm cabinets.
The LCD sign is blue, means the power supply and signal are works well. Otherwise it will become red, from the backside of the led screen, you could easily to know which one is good or falut.
