The Outdoor Projector Constant Temperature Enclosure is a professional-grade protective housing engineered for high-lumen projectors in demanding outdoor environments. Certified to IP55 / IP65 / IP66 waterproof standards, it ensures reliable, uninterrupted operation in rain, heavy jet wash, dust, and extreme weather — 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Every enclosure is custom-built to your projector’s dimensions and projection method, with flexible installation options (pole, hanging, or ground), full color customization, and built-in lifting rings. Single or multi-machine configurations available.
Key Features
1Internal Circulation Dual System Protection
A true dual system combining refrigeration and fresh air circulation. In normal operation, refrigeration maintains the target temperature while the fresh air duct remains sealed. If cooling fails or external heat spikes, the fresh air system opens automatically to vent excess heat — no single point of failure.
2Precision Temperature & Humidity Control
Multiple high-precision sensors maintain temperature within 15°C – 50°C and humidity within 10% – 99% RH, each accurate to ±1 unit. An integrated heating element covers 0°C – 50°C, performing equally well in tropical summers and sub-zero winters.
3IoT Intelligent Management (Optional)
Purpose-built IoT platform with a dedicated motherboard — not a third-party retrofit. Supports unified monitoring, remote control, and batch management across multiple enclosures from any OS. Includes a customizable UI. Choose the on-site intelligent controller or the full remote IoT version.
4Timing Control & Pre-Heating
For sites without centralized control: preset your target temperature, and the system automatically triggers the projector start-up sequence via serial port once conditions are optimal. Eliminates cold-start damage and saves on-site labor.
Metal mesh + synthetic fiber composite filter delivers a large filtration area with low airflow resistance, capturing airborne particulates before they reach your optics. Seasonal replacement recommended (June – September).
Integrated lightning and high-voltage protection circuitry reduces failure rates for projectors and connected equipment. Optional glass defogging uses dual humidity sensors to prevent condensation on the projection window in high-humidity environments.
7Rugged Outdoor Construction
Outdoor-grade baking paint finish resists sun, water, and rust. Supports upright pole, suspended, and flat-ground installation — adaptable to any site condition.

Applications
We offer four models covering 3,000 to 50,000 lumens: Standard (3K–7K Lm), Subway Style (4K–6K Lm), Mid-High (5K–50K Lm), and High-End (20K–50K Lm). Each enclosure is custom-sized to your specific projector model and lens configuration. Simply share your projector brand, model, and lens throw ratio, and we will recommend the optimal enclosure.
The Internal Circulation Dual System (High-End & Subway Style) combines active refrigeration with a sealed fresh-air backup. During normal conditions, refrigeration handles cooling while the air duct stays closed, isolating the projector from outside dust and humidity. If the refrigeration circuit fails or ambient temperature spikes, the fresh-air channel opens automatically to prevent overheating. For moderate climates or budget-sensitive projects, the Fresh Air System (Standard Model) uses filtered ambient air for cooling. The Mid-High model gives you both options in one unit.
Yes. The enclosure is built for 7×24 continuous outdoor operation. IP65-rated models withstand heavy rain and dust ingress; IP66 upgrade adds protection against powerful water jets, suitable for coastal, typhoon-prone, or high-pressure wash-down environments. The heating circuit activates automatically from 0°C up to 50°C, so even in sub-zero winters, the internal temperature reaches operating range before the projector starts (timed pre-heating). The baking paint finish resists rust, UV degradation, and salt spray. Integrated lightning and high-voltage protection adds an extra safety layer for exposed outdoor sites.
Three installation modes are supported: upright pole mount, suspended (hanging), and flat ground placement. Lifting rings are integrated into the enclosure body for crane or hoist handling. Mounting brackets, poles, and anchor bolts are included in the standard shipment. We also provide an installation guide with dimensional drawings. For large-scale deployments, our engineering team can review your site layout and recommend the best mounting strategy.
The primary maintenance task is filter replacement, recommended once per year during the June–September window (ahead of peak summer dust load). The metal-mesh + synthetic-fiber composite filter is user-replaceable without tools. We include one spare filter with every new enclosure. The refrigeration circuit is a sealed system requiring no routine maintenance. The IoT management platform (if equipped) can push filter-change reminders and status alerts to your control dashboard. For customers ordering 10+ units, we offer an annual on-site inspection service (optional).
