Notices:

1. Unloading & Handling Precautions

· The machine base is heavy welded structural part; use forklift or crane for unloading, strictly prohibit manual dragging, pushing or rolling to avoid deformation and coating peeling.

· Lifting points are marked on the frame; bind lifting ropes at designated positions only, do not tie on thin ribs, pipe holes or coating surfaces to prevent structural crack and paint damage.

· Place wooden support blocks evenly under the base during unloading, avoid single-point suspension or uneven ground support causing permanent bending deformation.

2. Storage Precautions Before Installation

· Store indoors in dry, ventilated warehouse; avoid long-term outdoor stacking exposed to rain, snow and fog, which will cause rust on sandblasted uncoated positions and coating blistering.

· Keep flat ground for storage, pad solid wood blocks at multiple bearing points of the base to prevent self-weight deformation; do not stack heavy goods on the machine frame.

· Separate multiple bases with wooden battens or plastic films to avoid mutual collision scratching the coating surface.

3. Installation & Assembly Notes

· Remove all packaging wood, plastic film, protective foam completely before installation; clean dust, transportation protective oil and packing scraps on the mounting surface.

· Check the flatness of the base reference plane, coating integrity and reserved hole position before installing laser host, guide rail and cutting worktable. If transportation collision causes dent or deformation, contact supplier for calibration repair in advance.

· Do not weld, drill or cut randomly on the finished base frame without manufacturer’s consent; random processing will destroy overall stress balance and affect equipment accuracy.

4. Anti-rust & Daily Protection After Arrival

· If the machine base cannot be installed within 7 days after arrival, evenly spray thin anti-rust oil on all bare metal, threading holes and inner welding seams.

· Avoid long-term contact with water, cutting fluid, acid and alkali liquid in the workshop; wipe liquid stains on the frame surface timely to prevent coating corrosion and rust penetration.
